Terms of Use
Effective 30 September 2026
1. Who provides DayFlare
DayFlare is provided by Anton Dimitrov, a sole trader in Varna, Bulgaria (VAT BG181579150). Contact: support@dayflare.app.
2. The app
DayFlare is a calendar and day planner for iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Watch. It plans your day around your work, keeps a second calendar for work done with AI assistants, reads a work schedule from a photo, and can estimate pay from your shifts. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes under the Standard EULA.
3. DayFlare Premium
- Some features may require DayFlare Premium, sold as auto-renewing subscriptions (monthly and yearly) and as a one-time lifetime purchase. The price, length and what is included are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- Auto-renewal. A subscription renews automatically for the same length and price unless it is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Managing and cancelling. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in Settings, your name, Subscriptions on your device, or in the App Store. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period stays active until it ends.
- Free trials. If a free trial is offered, its length is shown before you start. Any unused part of a trial ends when you buy a subscription.
- Lifetime is a single payment with no renewal. Buying it does not cancel a running subscription; please cancel that in Settings yourself.
- Tips are optional one-time payments that support development and unlock nothing.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies, at reportaproblem.apple.com. Your rights as a consumer under the law of your country are not affected.
- Restoring. Purchases can be restored on your other devices signed in with the same Apple Account (Premium screen, Restore purchases).
4. Not professional advice
Sleep suggestions, reminders and pay estimates are general guidance for planning. They are not medical advice, and pay figures are estimates based on the rules you enter, not payroll, tax or legal advice. Always check your real pay slip, your employer's rules and, for health questions, a doctor.
5. Your content and third-party services
What you enter stays yours and stays on your devices (see the Privacy Policy). DayFlare can work with Apple Calendar, Apple Health, iCloud and AI assistants that you choose to connect. Those services are provided by third parties under their own terms, and we are not responsible for them. Keep your own backups of anything important.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep DayFlare reliable, but it is provided "as is", without a promise that it will be error-free or always available. Features may change between versions. If a paid feature is removed, you keep what you paid for through Apple's refund process or the remaining subscription period.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, missed shifts, lost pay or lost data arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer in the EU.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the law of Bulgaria, without taking away the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live. EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
9. Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the new version will appear here with a new effective date. Continuing to use DayFlare after that means you accept the change.
